Cook all Minced beef based products to a minimum of 72 *C. For burgers check the internal temperature by inserting the stem of thermometer into the center.
We advise always cooking poultry to an internal temperature of 76*c we recommend cooking stuffing separate, if you don’t please make sure the meat is at a minimum of 76*c rather than the stuffing.
Fresh poultry should always be kept at the bottom of your refrigerator and preferably as close to 0*c as possible.
Raw Poultry skin is off white to cream, the colour under the skin can range from pink to lavender depending on the amount of fat just under the skin, this is normal.
